Menopause in the Workplace

Menopause in the Workplace

MenopauseWize was founded to support women through the transitions of perimenopause and menopause, offering credible, evidence-based information.

Over time, it became clear that while many individual women were struggling to manage menopause symptoms, organizations were also facing challenges in retaining and supporting these valuable team members.

This led to the creation of MenopauseWize at Work—an initiative designed to help organizations create menopause-inclusive environments, enabling both women and companies to thrive together and support optimized engagement and sustainable success.

OUR MISSION

We support both individuals and organizations through a dual mission:

For Women:

To equip women to navigate this life stage with confidence, clarity, and ease—enabling them to flourish at midlife, not simply get through the workday.

For Workplaces:

To foster understanding and build environments where women can contribute their wisdom, experience, and skills without stigma or barriers.

The Impact:

This is how we create cultures of support, inclusion, and shared success—where both individuals and organizations are empowered to thrive.
